SUBJ: CAP-STUN Weapon Systems
We have reviewed the literature provided on the CAP-STUN Weapon
Systems. The active ingredient in the product is also in a topical arthritis medicine. The
only side effect of the medicine is tearing if put into the eyes or coughing if inhaled.
We have no medial concerns beyond the normal use.
