Luckey Police Products

 Zarc International, Inc. or CAP-STUNâ products are in no way associated or affiliated with Luckey Police Products and its principal Gardner L. Whitcomb (a.ka. Chip).

Zarc International, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland USA, purchased all the intellectual property rights to CAP-STUNâ including its trademark and formulation from Luckey Police Products of Fort Lauderdale, Florida in May of 1991.

ZARCâ did not purchase Luckey Police Products (a sole proprietorship) but only the intellectual properties of CAP-STUNâ and its technology.

In 1997, ZARC brought suit (Case No. 97-6556-Civ-Lenard), against Gardner L. Whitcomb "a.k.a. Chip" and Geraldine L. Whitcomb (Defendants), for false advertisement, and infringement of trademark under the US Federal Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §1141(1).

In March of 1998 Honorable Judge Barry L. Garber of U.S. District Court Southern Florida, Miami Division, issued an injunction against the Defendants to immediately cease forever from using both the trademark "CAP-STUN" and any related information associated herewith.
