Rubber Bullets

"Rubber" and "PVC" bullets have been used widely by the British in Northern Ireland, and have also been tried by the US military. Rubber bullets are 8 to 9 inch pliable cylindrical rounds that are fired from special rifles. The major constraint on the use of these weapons is their potential to cause serious or fatal injuries.
