Zarc Platinum Warranty for consumer products
- All pepper sprays are warrantied through their expiration date (found on the product) due to manufacturing defects. You must register for the warranty, failing to register the warranty within 90 days of purchase will void the warranty.
- All alarms and LED Armbands have a 90-day limited warrant due to manufacturing defects. You must register for the warranty, failing to register the warranty within 90 days of purchase will void the warranty.
- All Stun Guns a 1 Year limited warranty due to manufacturing defects. You must register for the warranty, failing to register the warranty within 90 days of purchase will void the warranty.
- The warranties do NOT cover items that have been abused or lost, have suffered damage to the unit from being manipulated in anyway, dropped, thrown, slammed in a door, or run over.
- To file a warranty, claim email request to warranty@zarc.com and included visual proof of product and a description of what the problem is. Zarc will review the claim and issue a Return/Replacement Authorization
